Gallagher Leads Wahconah Baseball Past Lenox

LENOX, Mass. -- Quinn Gallagher went 2-for-5 with a double and drove in two runs Friday to lead the Wahconah baseball team to a 6-4 win over Lenox.
 
Shane Bernardo went 2-for-4 at the plate and drove in a run in the win.
 
Gallagher also threw two innings of one-run relief to finish the game for winner Ben West. West struck out four and walked just one in five innings of work.
 
Dan Muneh went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI for Lenox. Cooper Shepardson and Brendan Armstrong also doubled for the Millionaires.
 
On the bump, Muneh took the loss despite allowing just three earned runs in 5-⅔ innings before turning the ball over to Brandon Hyte, who threw 1-⅓ of scoreless relief.
 
Lenox hosts Monument Mountain on Sunday.
 
Wahconah hosts Drury on Saturday.
