Mount Greylock's Paris Throws One-Hitter at Monument Mountain

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Derek Paris threw a one-hitter Tuesday as the Mount Greylock baseball team finished the regular season with a 12-0 win over Monument Mountain.
 
Paris struck out eight and walked just one in the complete-game effort.
 
Landen Jamula went 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles and three runs batted in to lead Mount Greylock’s offense.
 
Chase Doyle was 3-for-4 with a double in an eight-hit Mount Greylock attack.
 
Marco Buffoni had a single for Monument Mountain, which used five different pitchers. Owen Wade turned in 2-⅔ innings of scoreless relief, striking out a pair.
