MARLBOROUGH, Mass. -- Sean Davis struck out four and allowed just four hits to lead the McCann Tech baseball team to a 3-2 win over Essex Tech in the State Vocational Tournament semi-finals on Saturday afternoon.

 

Davis and Austin Miller scored in the fifth to give the Hornets a 3-1 lead, and Davis stranded runners at first and third in the seventh seal the victory.

 

McCann Tech (17-4) moves on to the State Voc title game against No. 1 seed Old Colony on Sunday at 11 a.m.
