Cummings, Belouin Lead Mount Greylock Boys Lax Past Taconic

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Taylor Cummings and Nick Belouin each scored five goals as the Mount Greylock boys lacrosse team snapped a two-game losing streak with a 15-3 win over Taconic on Wednesday at Berkshire Community College.
 
Michael Wellspeak scored a pair of goals, and Sean Malloy had a goal and two assists for the Mounties, who got a combined four saves from goalies David Falk and Brandon Sils.
 
Sal Amaral scored twice, and Sean Sopek had a goal and an assist for Taconic. Troy Schweitzer made 12 saves in the loss.
 
Taconic (1-5) hosts Wahconah on Friday.
 
Mount Greylock (3-3) hosts Mount Anthony on Friday.
