Winston, Kollmer Lead Lee Boys Lax Past Taconic

LEE, Mass. -- Homer Winston scored eight goals, and Caleb Kollmer had seven assists on Wednesday to lead the Lee High boys lacrosse team to a 15-8 win over Taconic.
 
Brock Bauman scored four goals, and Robert Carotenuto scored a pair for the Wildcats, who got a combined 10 saves from Tighler Andrews and Theo Wadinger.
 
Troy Schweitzer stopped 13 shots for Taconic.
 
Sal Amaral had a hat trick, and Sean Soper and Seamus Hayes each scored twice in a losing cause for Taconic.
 
Taconic (3-10) goes to Mount Greylock on Thursday, while Lee is at Wahconah.
