PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Grace Calvert had a hat trick to lead a balanced attack for the Wahconah girls lacrosse team in an 11-2 win over Pittsfield on Tuesday night.

Seven different players scored for Wahconah, who got two goals apiece from Autumn McAdoo and Kaeli Talora.

Catie Ronayne scored a goal and set up two more, and Sydney Smith stopped nine shots to earn the win between the pipes.

“Our efense did a great job of anticipating and then causing turnovers,” Wahconah coach Kathy Budaj said. “The offense was patient and was finding the cutters.”

Sara Curry and Natalia Agrelo each scored for Pittsfield. Madison Manning and Danielle Plankey combined for 16 saves in the Generals’ goal.
