Vanuni Powers McCann Tech Softball to Road Win

CHICOPEE, Mass. -- Kalley Vanuni went 5-for-5 with three RBIs and was a home run away from hitting for the cycle Tuesday in the McCann Tech softball team’s 12-0 win at Pope Francis.

 

Alanza Quinones doubled twice and drove in a pair, and Michaela Malloy had three hits.

 

Megan Goyette struck out eight and scattered seven hits to earn the shutout win in the circle.

 

McCann Tech (9-5) travels to Easthampton on Wednesday.
