Kelley Pitches Mount Greylock Softball to First Win

LENOX, Mass. -- Olivia DiNicola went 2-for-5 with a double and two runs batted in Tuesday to lead the Mount Greylock softball team to an 11-4 win over Lenox.
 
Fiona Kelley gave up just two earned runs to pick up the win in the circle, striking out nine hitters along the way.
 
Mount Greylock’s bats came alive in the third inning, when the Mounties (1-3) scored six runs -- doubling their run total in their first three games of the season.
 
Elena Cerveira went 2-for-5 at the plate and stole five bases, and Rachel Voller went 2-for-4 and scored twice.
 
Riley Burke went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI for the Millionaires (1-1), who host Commerce and Putnam on Thursday.
 
Mount Greylock travels to Granby on Thursday.
