Jun 20 - County's Top Softball Stars Compete in All-Star Finale
he final action of the 2019 high school softball season pitted the top players from around Berkshire County in an All Star showdown at Doyle Softball Complex on Wednesday night. Even despite stellar pitching on both sides there was plenty of offensive fireworks to enjoy, as the North team slugged its way to a 10-5 victory over the South team.

Hoosac Valley pitcher Madi Puppolo and Pittsfield infielder Natasha Shade were selected co-MVPs of the Berkshire County League by the league’s coaches.

Kylie Joyce tripled and scored the tying run in a two-run seventh inning as the Lee softball team came from behind to beat Lenox, 7-6, on Thursday afternoon.
