EASTHAMPTON, Mass. -- Izaha Stubbs scored 18 of his 29 points in the first quarter Friday to lead the Hoosac Valley boys basketball team to a 78-56 win over Easthampton.

 

Stubbs knocked down four 3-pointers in the first eight minutes of the game.

 

Logan Davis hit three 3s in the game on the way to an 18-point night. Shaun Kastner Jr. scored 10 for the Hurricanes.

 

Hoosac Valley (3-3) gets some time off to get ready for its next game, Jan. 8 at Mohawk Trail.
