SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Alison Felix and Tessa Zoito combined for 43 points Saturday to lead the Drury girls basketball team to a 62-56 win over Mount Everett in a key Berkshire County South Division showdown.

Felix scored 22 points, and Zoito added 21 for the Blue Devils, who got 13 from Brooke DiGennaro in winning their fourth straight and fifth in five outings against Berkshire South competition.

“It was a great game,” Mount Everett coach Scott Rote said. “Both teams played hard, aggressive defense. … Hopefully things go a little better for us on Monday.”

The Eagles (8-6) will be at Bucky Bullet Gymnasium on Monday for a rematch against the 7-9 Blue Devils.
The game was decided at the foul line, Rote noted. Drury went 13-for-17 at the charity stripe, while Mount Everett, which led, 30-28 at half-time, went just 1-for-2 at the line in the last 16 minutes.

Gwendolyn Carpenter scored a game-high 23 and passed out eight assists to lead Mount Everrett, which got a double-double from Madison Ullrich, 11 points and 11 rebounds. Mackenzie Ullrich hit four 3-pointers to score 12 points.
