Ugly but effective. This was not the prettiest start of the season, but a very good defensive effort helped get the job done. Lily Pudlo was a perfect 6/6 from the foul line, and led us in scoring with 12 points. Maddie Sprague ripped down 11 rebounds to go with her 8 points.
