- Mar 11 - Nashoba Defeats Hoosac in State Semis
A brilliant postseason run by the Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team came to an end on Monday night, as the Hurricanes fell 52-32 to Nashoba in the Division 2 state semifinals.
- Mar 09 - Hurricanes Shock Devils to Win Western Mass.
The No. 7 Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team was stellar on the defensive end all game long and received 30 points combined from junior Jenn Gale and sophomore Emily Rosse to take down No. 1 Drury 47-35 in the Division 2 Western Mass. final on Saturday.

Sophomore center Emily Rosse scored a game-high 17 points to go along with six rebounds and three blocks, while the No. 7 Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team used an 18-5 run in the third quarter to take down No. 6 Mahar 57-37 in the Division 2 Western Mass. semifinals on Thursday night.

Junior Jenn Gale shot a perfect 10 for 10 from the free-throw line down the stretch on her way to a season-high 22 points, helping the No. 7 Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team earn a 65-61 double overtime win over No. 2 Hampshire in the quarterfinals of the Division 2 Western Mass. tournament on Friday.

Freshman point guard Madison Ryan had a huge game off of the bench, leading her team in scoring, rebounds and assists, while fellow backup Amber Lesure added 10 points of her own to spark the Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team to a 49-36 win over Palmer in the first round of the Division 2 Western Mass. tournament on Tuesday.

Sophomore center Emily Rosse netted a season-high 23 points to go along with a game-high 11 rebounds, while the Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team used a late 9-2 run to earn a 53-44 road win over Lenox on Monday.
- Feb 14 - Hoosac Girls Shut Down Greylock
The Hoosac Valley girls; basketball team held Mount Greylock to 14 points through three quarters on the way to a 56-25 win on Thursday night.
- Feb 11 - Hoosac has Little Trouble with St. Joe's
The Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team exploded for 44 points in the first half against St. Joe's on Monday, setting the Hurricanes on track for a 73-25 road win.
- Feb 07 - Big Third Quarter-Run Vaults Hurricanes
The Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team picked up a season sweep over Mount Everett on Thursday, using a 19-0 run in the third quarter to earn a 62-25 win at home.

After shaking off early foul trouble, the Pittsfield girls' basketball team took control in the fourth quarter on Tuesday, outscoring Hoosac Valley 17-6 in the final frame to clinch a 42-30 win on the road.

Sophomore forward Emily Rosse had a big night on Thursday, scoring a game-high 18 points and grabbing 17 rebounds to spark the Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team to a 52-38 road win over Lee.

Sophomore forward Emily Rosse had one of her strongest games of the year, putting up a triple-double with 23 points, 10 rebounds and 13 steals to lead the Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team to a 46-38 home win over Monument Mountain on Tuesday.

Juniors Jenn Gale and Megan Rodowicz each scored 14 points, while the Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team pulled away from Lenox with 21 fourth-quarter points to earn a 54-44 win in the Coaches vs. Cancer Showcase on Saturday.

After a tough shooting night in a loss to Wahconah on Wednesday, the Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team rebounded nicely with a dominating 59-24 home win over Putnam on Friday night.
- Dec 12 - Warriors Win Slugfest with Hurricanes
It wasn't the prettiest of games but, in the end, the Wahconah girls' basketball team made enough plays on the defensive end to defeat Hoosac Valley 38-29 and pick up its first victory of the season on Wednesday night.
- Dec 10 - Big First Half Carries Hoosac Past Greylock
Junior Jenn Gale hit a trio of 3-pointers on her way to a game-high 16 points, while the Hoosac Valley girls' basketball team took advantage of a 17-3 scoring edge in the second quarter on its way to a 50-38 win at Mount Greylock on Monday night.
