NBH Stroke Support Group to Focus on Heart Health
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Northern Berkshire Healthcare’s Stroke Support Group will meet Thursday, Feb. 11, at the VNA & Hospice of Northern Berkshire’s Community Room from noon to 2 p.m.The group is open to those who are recovering from a stroke, as well as family members and caregivers of stroke patients.
The February 11 meeting will focus on heart health and will feature Janet McClelland, RN, BSN, hospice care coordinator at the Northern Berkshire VNA & Hospice, and Sue Bush, local photographer and business owner. McClelland will speak to the group about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Bush will provide a Valentine craft for the group. A potluck lunch and refreshments will be served.
