IS183 Sets Annual Holiday Craft Sale - November 19, 2007
STOCKBRIDGE - IS183 Art School will hold its annual Holiday Fine Art and Craft Sale on Saturday, Dec. 1, from 11 to 5. The event is free and open to the public.
An official stop on the Stockbridge Chamber of Commerce’s Holiday House Tour, the historic building will showcase some of Berkshires' best artists and artisans. Kids of all ages can participate in free artmaking while parents shop for handcrafted gifts, including jewelry, ceramics, clothing, quilts, cards, paintings, drawings, prints, felted home accessories, toys, bags and more. A portion of all proceeds will benefit IS183's year-round programs.
Come early for IS183's Holiday Sale Champagne Preview from 9:30 to 11:00. Tickets are $25 per person and are available by calling 413-298-5252, Ext. 100.
An early registration discount of 10 percent off the tuition of any class beginning in January will be available to shoppers who wish to register.
IS183 Art School is a non-profit community art school encouraging people of all ages, means and skill levels to enrich their lives through hands-on experience in the visual arts. It is located at 13 Willard Hill Road, just off Route 183 via Trask Lane.
