PITTSFIELD – The Pittsfield Winter Sports Committee has announced that button sales for the 63rd annual Winter Carnival begin this weekend and will last through March 10.
Winter Carnival queen contestants will be selling the buttons for two for $1 at all Carnival events.
All sales proceeds fund the events. The winner of the button design contest, Stephanie Van Bramer of Taconic High School, was announced at Pittsfield's treelighting ceremony on Dec. 7, 2007. |
