Playwright to Perform Solo Work at Main St. Stage

NORTH ADAMS - Main Street Stage presents "Living with It," a solo performance piece written and performed by Frank La Frazia on March 14, 15, and 16 at 8 p.m.

La Frazia is director of the Playwright Mentoring Project at Barrington Stage Company and former artistic director of Main Street Stage.

"Living with It" is an autobiographical piece based on a teenager living with a bipolar mother while coming of age.
The poignant and humorous, La Frazia portrays several characters over the course of a five-year span, acting as narrator as well as the characters.

SteepleCats Shut Out on Road

MONTPELIER, Vt. -- Four Vermont pitchers combined to strike out 11 and allow four hits Tuesday as the Mountaineers beat the North Adams SteepleCats, 11-0, in New England Collegiate Baseball League action.
 
Evan Meier, Bobby Stang, Tonny Woodie and Chris Diaz each had a hit for the SteepleCats, who used five pitchers in the loss.
 
North Adams (0-2) comes home Tuesday to host the Mystic Schooners at 6:30 p.m. at Joe Wolfe Field.
