The conference will explore key Internet marketing strategies, including techniques for finding new customers and retaining existing customers.
It will begin with a series of strategy sessions, including Mike Ward, director of business services for Lenox Softworks, presenting "Leveraging Your E-Mail Marketing Communications."

Individual presentations will be followed with "Making Customers – Keeping Customers," an open panel discussion on applying the building blocks of Internet marketing strategies to generate new customers and preserve and enhance relationships with existing customers.
At lunch, which will be held in conjunction with the bureau's monthly Tourism Tuesday noon luncheon, Brenda Gelston, marketing communications strategist, will speak on "Digital Marketing Trends." She will discuss the latest trends and proven best practices in digital marketing.
Gelston has been an account director and business development professional at global advertising agencies, multimedia production houses and corporate presentation firms in Lenox, Boston and overseas. Before moving to New England in 2001, she lived in her native Istanbul, Turkey, and worked at McCann Erickson, Link Multimedia and DMB&B. Gelston relocated to the Berkshires several years ago.
