Spring Wine Event at Cranwell Resort - March 11, 2008
 | | Spring Wine Event April 11 and 12 | Lenox - Cranwell Resort, Spa and Golf Club will be hosting a Spring Wine Event April 11 and 12 with winemakers from Chateau Ste. Michelle in Washington State and Cristom Vineyards in Oregon’s Willamette Region.
They will be on hand for several wine events taking place in the Cranwell Mansion throughout the weekend including a Friday night welcome reception where guests will meet the winemakers. On Saturday, guests will feast on a five-course wine dinner including Foie Gras coupled with an Eroica, Riesling (Chateau St. Michelle) and Seared Hawaiian Tuna and Tasmanian Salmon with Viogner 2006 (Cristom). Additional wines will be featured with all courses.
Costs for the events are: “Meet the Winemakers Reception” - $25; Five-Course Wine Dinner - $115 (both prices include tax and gratuities). A weekend package including overnight accommodations, country buffet breakfast and an additional wine seminar is also available for $380 per person, double occupancy (including tax and gratuity).
