Exhibitors Sought for Berkshire Career Fair - March 18, 2008
PITTSFIELD — The Berkshire Chamber of Commerce is seeking exhibitors for the 2008 Berkshire Career Fair slated for Thursday, April 10, at Berkshire Hills Country Club.
Last year, more than 60 companies participated, offering an array of job opportunities from entry-level to high-level management positions.
"We have a lot of quality employers returning to the career fair again this year, allowing job-seekers to see what employment opportunities are available to them here in the region. We are looking forward to another great Career Fair," said Christine Hoyt, director of programs and events for the chamber.
Exhibitors can choose between a 6-foot or an 8-foot table; both come with table skirting. Prices for chamber members are $99 for the 6-foot table or $125 for the 8-foot table. Nonmember prices are $150 for a 6-foot table or $180 for the 8-foot table. For more information or to reserve a spot, contact Hoyt at 413-499-4000, Ext. 26, or choyt@berkshirechamber.com
The fair is open to the public and hours are 10 to 6. Admission is free and attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes.
The 2008 fair is sponsored by Interprint Inc., Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Berkshire County Regional Employment Board, BerkshireWorks, Berkshire Family and Individual Resources, Berkshire Community College, The Berkshire Eagle and Berkshire Economic Development Corp. |
