SafeServe Workshop Offered at BCC - March 20, 2008
Berkshire Community College will offer the following food safety certification workshop at its South County Center in April.
“Servsave Food Safety Certification” (WKS 306) a nationally-recognized course, meets specifications set by the Massachusetts Food Code, and certifies students in food safety and sanitation.
The class includes course book, instruction, certification exam, and diploma. The two-session class meets Tuesday afternoon, April 7 and 14, from 1:30 to 5:30.
