Heart Health Lecture At BSRCC - May 07, 2008
Great Barrington - Berkshire South Regional Community Center announces the next in a series of monthly lectures. Wednesday, May 21st at 7 pm Kristine Bahr, MS Nutritionist & Counselor, will present “Heart Health” where she will offer practical ideas and suggestions for improving heart health through simple changes in diet and exercise.
In addition to learning how to make or keep your heart healthy, Kristine’s suggested diet and exercise tips will help you maintain a healthy body and get you in shape for an active summer and a long and healthy life.
This lecture series is free for Community Center members and just $3.00 per person for guests. Please register in advance at 413-528-2810 ext. 35 or to aalston@berkshiresouth.org. Childcare is available with advance notice - free to members; $7.00 for guests. |
