Tennis Association Plans Season Kickoff - May 13, 2008
NORTH ADAMS — The Northern Berkshire Community Tennis Association Inc. is taking sign-ups for its 2008 Summer Tennis Program.
The season will kick off with a free tennis block party on Saturday, May 31, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts' Joseph Zavattaro Athletic Complex off West Shaft Road. The rain date is June 1.
Program sign-ups will be taken at the party, by e-mail at tennis123@roadrunner.com or by calling 413-633-5380 for a summer brochure.
The summer tennis programs include an introductory peewee class for ages 4 and 5. There are also youth leagues, weekly youth lessons, adult group lessons and leagues and a collaborative program with the Northern Berkshire YMCA.
Private lessons are also available by appointment with Professional Tennis Registry instructors. |
