More Snow
The Berkshires received several inches of snow this morning, but not enough to close schools, unlike yesterday's sleety mess. Temperatures will drop into the 20s this afternoon. A few more snow showers are expected through the weekend.

“I Never Wanted to be A Curator When I was Little”
Stockbridge - Cody Hartley, Assistant Curator of American Art at the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute will be offering a free lecture, “I Never Wanted to be A Curator When I was Little” at IS183 Art School in Stockbridge on Wednesday, August 13 at 7PM.
Hartley will discuss his role as a curator, its challenges and joys and the inner workings of museums. His recent projects at the Clark include Remington Looking West and Like Breath on Glass: Whistler, Inness and the Art of Painting Softly.
ArtTalks! lectures are held at IS183 Art School the second Wednesday of every month from May to September at 7PM. This series is sponsored by Taylor Rental, Nejaimes Wine Cellar and Rubiner’s Cheesemongers and Grocers. The ArtTalks! lecture series was launched in 2006 to create a forum where students, residents and artists in the region to be introduced to the work and ideas that are shaping contemporary art.
IS183 Art School is a non-profit community art school encouraging people of all ages, means and skill levels to enrich their lives through hands-on experience in the visual arts.
