Mammography Dispute The government's issued controversial new guidelines stating that women shouldn't get annual mammograms until age 50, rather than age 40.

Silvio O. Conte Middle School First Day Celebration

The Silvio O. Conte Middle School will be holding its annual First Day Celebration on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 beginning at 4:30. Tours of the school will be available along with various activities in the school library including the School Store. In addition, Conte band and chorus members will provide entertainment as dinner is served on the front lawn of the school.
After dinner, families and Conte staff members will participate in team building activities. All Conte students in attendance of the First Day Celebration will be entered into a raffle. Each grade level winner will win a basket of school supplies. Parking is available in the K-mart parking lot and a van will be available for family members who need transportation from K-mart to the school.
