Legacy Banks Williams St. Office to Host Mortgage Pre-Qualification Night09:02AM / Friday, September 19, 2008
Pittsfield – Legacy Banks will host a free Mortgage Pre-Qualification Program at its Williams Street Office for those interested in learning what type of home they can afford to purchase. Part of Legacy’s Monthly Pre-Qualification Series, the session will be held from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at Legacy Banks, 734 Williams Street, Pittsfield.
Those who qualify will leave with a pre-qualification certificate and a coupon for $250 off closing costs. Attendees should bring a current pay stub and most recent tax return. Self-employed individuals should bring two years of tax returns. Mortgage officers will be on hand to meet one-on-one with individuals or families to determine the amount of a mortgage for which they will be pre-qualified, barring any changes in their financial status.
Home Equity applications and information will also be available. Anyone interested in attending, should call 413-445-3437 or 800-292-6634 for an appointment, although walk-ins will be accommodated. Legacy Banks has been a MassHousing Lender since 1992 and is an Equal Housing Lender. |
