More Snow
The Berkshires received several inches of snow this morning, but not enough to close schools, unlike yesterday's sleety mess. Temperatures will drop into the 20s this afternoon. A few more snow showers are expected through the weekend.
We have reports that the roads are very slippery to take care in the evening commute. |

Berkshire South Regional Community Center, monthly lectures - September 29, 2008
Wednesday, October 15th at 7 pm is the last lecture in the series of monthly lectures at Berkshire South Regional Community Center for 2008. Presenter for this lecture is Kevin Parsons, Licensed Massage Therapist, of Green Woods Massage.
Kevin offers therapeutic massages including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Head Neck & Shoulder, and Hot Stone.
During his lecture he will speak about the benefits of the various types of massage when dealing with chronic pain and stress. He will also be teaching you techniques to help treat yourself, including massage, stretching, and breathing, as well as answering questions you may have about your pain.
This lecture is free for Berkshire South members and guests pay just $3.00 per person. Advance registration is requested to 413-528-2810 ext. 35 or aalston@berkshiresouth.org. Childcare is available with advance notice – free to members/ $7.00 for guests.
