Northern Berkshire Family Medicine offers free flu clinic
03:19PM / Monday, November 03, 2008
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. - Northern Berkshire Family Medicine will offer a free flu vaccination clinic on Thursday, November 13, from 5 to 7 p.m. at its 820 State Road offices in North Adams. Flu vaccine will be administered to any adult who wishes to reduce the risk of contracting the flu this season.
“The time is right to get your flu shot,” said William Kober, MD, medical director of the family practice. “The flu season traditionally does not peak in Massachusetts until February or March, and it’s important to have the vaccine to minimize your risk.” Every year, thousands of Americans die from influenza-related conditions.

Northern Berkshire Family Medicine recently joined Northern Berkshire Healthcare’s family of care providers. Dr. Kober is joined by Dr. Linda Hill and nurse practitioner Elizabeth Toomajian, NP. The practice is accepting new patients.
