PITTSFIELD, Mass. – The Berkshire County Regional Employment Board, in collaboration with Berkshire County workforce, economic and education partners, are surveying area employers regarding their workforce and training needs. In these difficult economic times, it is critical to have current information on the needs of employers.
The survey is only 10 questions long and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. The survey can be found at www.BCREB.com under the “what’s new” section. Our goal is to have 500 companies complete the survey by December 15th. All answers will be confidential and aggregate information will be compiled for program development.
The needs assessment is conducted every two years to capture the employment and training needs of Berkshire County companies. Compiled data will be used to revamp existing training programs and to develop new workforce initiatives. For more information please contact the BCREB at 413-442-7177.
