BCC will offer the following new writing workshop at its South County Center in Great Barrington this spring:
“Writing Memoir” (WKS 995) is an invitation to uncover the shining facets and shape of the gem of students own unique story. Working with writing practices taught by Natalie Goldberg (Writing Down the Bones, Old Friend from Far Away), participants use short periods of meditation and time-writing exercises to zoom in and release hidden treasures of memory. Classes, taught by Sharon Lazerson, meet Tuesday morning, Feb. 3 through March 10, from 9 to 10:30. Cost is $95.
For more information, or to register, call BCC’s South County Center at 413-528-4521. For long distance (in Mass only), call 800-816-1233, ext. 5201 or 5202.
