PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Attorney Deborah Marchand will discuss health care proxies and powers of attorney at EPOCH Assisted Living at Melbourne on Thursday, May 7, at 6:30 p.m. Marchand will discuss how people can use these important legal documents to ensure that their health, financial and other personal decisions are protected and carried out by others.
Marchand is the managing attorney for the Berkshire office of Western Massachusetts Legal Services. She received her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and has been practicing with Western Massachusetts Legal Services for 17 years.
