 | | Michael Stivelman, MD | PITTSFIELD, Mass. - Berkshire Health Systems announces the appointment of Michael Stivelman, MD, a board certified Anesthesiologist, to the BHS medical staff. He joins the BHS Anesthesiology team in providing comprehensive Anesthesiology services to patients at Berkshire Medical Center and Fairview Hospital.
Dr. Stivelman most recently worked at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD, where he served as Chief of Anesthesiology. He previously served as an Anesthesiologist with Delmarva Surgery Center, the Center for Aesthetic Surgery and Azar Eye Institute, also in Salisbury. He also served as president of Associated Anesthesiology, a physician and CRNA practice in Salisbury.
Dr. Stivelman received his medical degree from American University of the Caribbean in Montserrat, West Indies. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Stivelman came to the Berkshires with his wife, Sara, who is now a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Berkshire Medical Center, and daughter Tori. |
