GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. - Berkshire Community College will offer the following seminars at its South County Center in Great Barrington this month.

“Making a ‘Major’ Decision – Choosing the Right Major for You” assists students in making the process of selecting a college major more informative through investigation of options and looking at the factors that influence the decision. The seminar will be held Monday morning, Nov. 16 at 11; or Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 12:15.

“Getting to the Real You – Assessment of Personality, Values, Interests and Skills” teaches participants to understand what is important to them and how well they can perform the tasks that various careers require. The seminar helps students determine who they are through the use of on-line assessment tools. The seminar will be held Monday, Nov.16 at 12:15; or Wednesday morning, November 18 at 11.

The seminars, taught by John Cornman, BCC Career Counselor, are free and open to the public. Anyone planning to attend should call BCC’s South County Center at 413-236-5202.
