PITTSFIELD, Mass. — The Legacy Banks Holmes Road Office will mark Saint Patrick’s Day with a free mortgage pre-qualification program for those interested in learning what type of home they can afford to purchase. The session will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 17,at Legacy Banks’ 2 Holmes Road Office.
Mortgage Expert Marge Pero will be on hand to meet one-on-one with individuals and families to help determine the amount of a mortgage for which they will be pre-qualified barring any changes to their financial status. Pero will also discuss first-time homebuyer programs offered by the Legacy Banks.
Attendees who wish to be pre-qualified should bring a current pay stub and most recent tax return. Self-employed individuals should bring two years of tax returns.
Those interested in learning more about mortgage options may stop in the Legacy Holmes Road office on March 17 any time between 10 and 3 on a first-come, first-served basis. Legacy Banks has been a MassHousing Lender since 1992 and is an Equal Housing Lender.
