BArT Releases First Trimester Honor Roll

ADAMS, Mass. — Berkshire Arts and Technology Charter Public School announced the honor roll for the first trimester of the 2012-2013 school year. Students who earned 80 percent or above in all of their classes received the distinction of Honors, and students who earned 90 percent or above in all of their classes received the distinction of High Honors.

Academic courses at BART are aligned with the Massachusetts State Curriculum Frameworks for the appropriate grade level and include all standards deemed necessary for a complete, college-preparatory, middle and high school education.
 
Grade 6 Honors: Vincienza Alicandri, Thomas Cook, Cortney DeVito, Matthew Failla, Ythen Kaigle, Faia Kronick, Keerah Morgan, Kainat Raza, Emily Rivers, Olivia Shaw and Hannah Stringer

Pittsfield Seeking Volunteers for Flag Distribution

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — The city of Pittsfield's Department of Veterans' Services is looking for volunteers to assist with placing flags and markers at Veterans' gravesites. 
 
The installation of flags will occur between May 6 to May 11, 2024.
 
Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable, appropriate apparel and shoes, walking will be required throughout the cemeteries to place these flags. Instructions, flags, and markers will be provided, as well as soft refreshments and snacks.
