Heskett Scores 31 to Lead Williams Men to Victory

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- James Heskett scored 31 points Saturday to lead the Williams College men's basketball team to a 72-55 win over Bowdoin.
 
Bobby Casey scored 12 for the Ephs (18-4, 6-2 NESCAC), who go to Amherst on Friday.
 
Women's Basketball
LEWISTON, Maine -- Lauren Petit scored 14 points to lead Bowdoin to a 73-47 win over Williams.
 
Gabby Martin came off the bench to score 12 for the Ephs (11-11, 3-5), who got a steal in two minutes of play from Drury graduate Olivia Carlson.
 
Williams hosts Amherst on Friday.
 
Men's Hockey
MIDDLETOWN, Conn. -- Tim Sestak stopped 21 shots to lead Wesleyan to a 3-0 win over Williams.
 
The Ephs (10-10, 6-8) host Middlebury on Friday.
 
Women's Hockey
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Gabby Montembeault scored a power play goal to erase a one-goal deficit and give Williams a 1-1 tie with Trinity.
 
Marissa Anderson stopped 18 shots for Williams (10-6-6, 4-5-5), which is off until Feb. 16 when it hosts Middlebury.
