Jacob and I were engaged in July 2008 after spending the best year of our lives together. I knew the first moment I met him that he was the one for me. Jacob has always been a romantic guy so I knew the proposal would be as well. I walked to my car after work to find flowers sitting on my front seat with a note that said "Call Me." I called his cell phone and then realized it was also in the car with me. When I opened up the phone there was a picture of a ring and when I looked up there he was bent on one knee at my car door, asking me to be his wife. I couldn't ask for anyone better.
