Youth in grades 6-12 are invited to join us for our 2nd Annual Teen Spooky Barbie Makeover on Wednesday, October 9th at 6:00pm in the Community Room. Registration is highly encouraged. Meditation Workshop is a series of classes for silent meditation at Anahata Schoolhouse Yoga and Healing Arts Center 201 North Summer Street North Adams MA. The focus is help people enter into deeper states of peace in meditation and the active hours of life.

Meditation Workshop is an Interfaith gathering. People of all faith and philosophical traditions are welcome. After a brief introduction to meditation practice, there is a 30 minute silent meditation. Following the time of silence there is an informal conversation about ways to quiet the mind.

Emphasis is also on applying mindful awareness more consistently at work and home and in the context of all one's relationships and  conversations. Will Raymond is an experienced meditation teacher. he is able to tailor comments to beginners and those with  established meditation practice.
