Daniel J. Donnelly, 58

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Daniel J. Donnelly, 58, of Pittsfield died Monday, December 10, 2018, at Berkshire Medical Center.

Daniel was born June 22, 1960, to the late Robert Donnelly and Florence Nielson Donnelly, in Bronx, N.Y., where he attended local public schools. They all relocated to Pittsfield as a family in 1989.

Daniel spent most of his life working as a professional mover and home repairman/roofer. He was caring and loving. His generosity was above and beyond. He spent a lot of his time making everyone around him laugh with his explosive personality.

Daniel is survived by his daughter, Jana Easterwood and her companion, Frank Masdea Jr.; his sons Timothy Donnelly and Bobby Donnelly; his two granddaughters Hannah and Olivia; and his brother Robert Donnelly and his wife Karen, all of Pittsfield.

Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his son, Daniel J. Molinari-Donnelly; and his sister, Patricia Donnelly Curtin.

Funeral notice: A prayer service for Mr. Donnelly will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018, at 2 p.m. at the Roche Funeral Home, 120 Main St. in Lenox. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations in Daniel's memory may be made to Jana Easterwood in c/o the funeral home to help with any financial burdens.
