Gary A. Todd Sr., 63

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Gary Allen Todd Sr., 63, of North Adams, Mass., died on Friday, January 18, 2019, at the home of his son and daughter-in-law in North Adams.

He was born in North Adams, Mass., on March 31, 1955, a son of Martha (Williams) Myers and the late Winthrop Major Todd Sr. He attended schools in North Adams, including Drury High School. He was employed at Widen Tannery.

He was a member of The Moose Club in Bennington, Vt., and served as a volunteer firefighter in Pownal, Vt. He enjoyed camping and watching the races on Saturday nights at Lebanon Valley Speedway and was a fan of the San Francisco 49ers

Survivors include his mother, Martha Myers of Zellwood, Fla.; a daughter, Raiyne Todd of Pittsfield; five sons, Edward Fletcher of Connecticut, Colin Todd and his wife Elise of North Adams, Gary Todd Jr. of Pittsfield, Nikolas Todd and his wife Kyra of Bennington, Vt., and Jamie Rivard of North Adams; 20 grandchildren; four sisters, Winifred Alexander, Susan McMillian and Patricia Todd, all of North Adams, and JoAnn Trice of Virginia; and a brother, Winthrop Todd Jr., also of North Adams.

He was predeceased by his brother, Andrew Todd; and his sister, Bonnie Parsons.
