ADAMS, Mass. — Theresa Ann “Terry” (McKeon) Gerry, 54 of Adams, MA, died on Sunday, April 21, 2019, at Berkshire Medical Center, Pittsfield, MA.

She was born in North Adams, MA, on March 28, 1965, a daughter of Francis Joseph and Sally A. (Sanders) McKeon. She attended local schools and graduated from McCann High School with the class of 1984.

Theresa was primarily a homemaker and was a very loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon, who was her favorite driver. Theresa loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Bryan Allen Gerry, whom she married on May 8, 1987. She also leaves her daughters, Courtney Peto and her husband, Seth, of North Adams and Amber Torra and her husband, Jake of Cabot, Ariz.; son Travis Gerry of Adams, Mass.; two grandchildren, Deacon and Gabriel Peto; sisters Kathleen McLain and her husband, Forist, of North Adams, Mass., and Colleen Banks and her husband, Sam, of North Adams, Mass.; brothers Robert A. McKeon and his wife, Linda of Pittsfield, MA, and Michael F. McKeon, also of Pittsfield, MA; as well as nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Funeral notice: A funeral service to celebrate the life of Theresa Gerry will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS – WEST CHAPELS, 521 West Main St., North Adams, MA 01247. Burial will follow in the family plot in Southview Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2019, from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
