Eileen Tisdale, 75

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Eileen Patricia (O'Neil) Tisdale, 75, of North Adams died June 13, 2019.

She was born in North Adams on September 6, 194,3 a daughter of the late Thomas and Patricia (Farrell) O'Neil. She attended schools in North Adams and graduated from Drury High School with the class of 1962. Eileen was employed for many years at the Sprague Electric Co in North Adams. She then established her own Home Health Care Business providing care throughout Northern Berkshire.

She was a former communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church in North Adams. Eileen loved spending time with her family and friends and was a devoted grandmother. She also enjoyed fishing and being in nature, arts and crafts and traveling throughout the country.

Her husband, Robert Tisdale, died in 1972.

She is survived by her three children, Tammy Murphy and her husband James and Kelly Keleher and her husband Michael, both of North Adams, and Heath Tisdale and his fiancé Dawn of Pittsfield; tree loving grandchildren, Heath Tisdale, Ian and Nina Keleher; two sisters, Barbara Alarie of Adams and Kathy Gregory and her husband Thomas of Dalton; two brothers Thomas "Joe" O'Neil and his wife Barbara of Albany, NY, and Gary O'Neil and his wife Nancy of Bennington, VT.; and six nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister, Denise O'Neil.
