Dorothy Mondia,80

Dorothy Mae Mondia, 80, of North Adams, died on Tuesday June 1, 2021 at North Adams Commons. She was born in North Adams, MA on March 9, 1941. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Frank and Leanavee (Hewitt) Mondia.

Dorothy attended local schools. She was a resident of North Adams Commons for many years. There, Dorothy became family to all the wonderful staff who took such loving care of her. She enjoyed watching movies, arts and crafts, and hanging out with the residents. Dorothy leaves behind her friend, Timothy Randall, who she met many years ago when she went into his store to buy a recliner. She also leaves several nieces and nephews.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Services for Dorothy will be Thursday June 10, 2021 at 1PM at the Flynn & Dagnoli CENTRAL CHAPELS, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, MA.
