Dale Leo Belanger, 56

Dale Leo Belanger, 56 of North Adams died suddenly in his home on Monday, June 13, 2022. He was born on November 26, 1965, the son of Carolyn (Cyr) Belanger-Haggerty and the late James Haggerty. He attended schools in North Adams.

Dale was an avid Patriots football fan who enjoyed watching the games and spending time with his loved ones. He was selfless and devoted himself to taking care of his family and close friends. Dale also enjoyed fishing, grilling, and relaxing after a long day of work.

Dale was a loyal and faithful 36-year employee of Unistress Corp. Construction where he worked as a heavy equipment operator and truck driver. He was a former member of the U.S. Army National Guard and Local Union 473.

Dale is survived by his son Nicholas Belanger, of University Place, WA; his mother Carolyn of North Adams, two brothers, Leo Haggerty, and Shannon Haggerty and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers Aron Belanger, George Belanger, Jr, and Michael Haggerty.

A celebration of his life will take place Saturday June 25th, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00p.m.at the Greylock Community Club on State Road in North Adams, MA.
