Theodore G. Bombardier, 85

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —G Bombardier, 85, a native of North Adams, MA passed away at his home in Brunswick, Maine on August 10, 2022. Born in North Adams MA June 24, 1937 at the North Adams Hospital, the eldest son of Lydia Marie (Bergeron) & Theodore Alexander Bombardier of North Adams. He attended both Notre Dame School then Drury High School (1957). He was a member of the Drury High School band and the Drury Rifle Club. Served in both the Army National Guard and Air Force branches of the United States Military from 1954-1965. was an active participant in his community and a member of the American Legion Post 20 of Brunswick. He was a member of the North American Hunting and Fishing Clubs and was an avid outdoorsman. He had a passion for collecting and perhaps his prize possession was his LP and RPM collection where he had over 45,000 records. Later in life he took an interest in family genealogy and was able to foster new connections with and among many family members. brought great joy and laughter to many with his story telling ability and sense of humor. He will be missed greatly. is survived by his sister Marie (Robert) Richardson of Adams, his brother Wilfred (Janet) Bombardier of North Adams, His Nieces Christine (Andrew)Watson, Melissa (David) Shartrand, nephews, Wilfred Bombardier, Robert Richardson, Joseph (Donna) Richardson, John (Ellen) Richardson and many great nieces and nephews. A graveside committal service for will be conducted on Thursday, Sept. 29th at 1:00 PM in Southview Cemetery, North Adams. Relatives and friends are invited.
