.jpg) CHESHIRE, Mass. -- Hoosac Valley's Evan Norcross scored a pair of goals to erase a one-goal deficit and send the Hurricanes on to a 3-1 win over Taconic on Saturday.
Taconic broke a scoreless tie in the 48th minute with a goal from Carthy Milondo.
Fifteen minutes later, Norcross tied it, and it stayed 1-1 until there was 5 minutes, 9 seconds on the clock, when he put home the game-winner.
Daniel Pompi added an insurance goal for Hoosac Valley.
The Hurricanes (3-9-3) host Mount Everett on Tuesday.
Taconic (0-10-2) hosts Drury on Tuesday.
