Mount Everett Boys Advance to Regional Final

WARE, Mass. -- Nathaniel Von Ruden had a goal and an assist Wednesday to lead the Mount Everett boys soccer team to a 3-0 win over Ware and a berth in the Class D Western Massachusetts tournament final.
 
Michael Ullrich scored the game-winner with an assist from Nick Luciano.
 
Then VonRuden set up Tyler Candelari before scoring unassisted to provide the final margin.
 
The eighth-seeded Eagles await the winner of Thursday’s regional semifinal game between Hopkins Academy and Smith Academy.
