Five for Five: Huban Leads Wahconah Past Taconic

DALTON, Mass. -- Kevin Huban matched his uniform number with five goals Monday to lead the Wahconah boys soccer team to a 6-1 win over Taconic.
 
Huban had a natural hat trick in the first half.
 
After Taconic’s Carthy Milondo got his team within two in the opening moments of the second half, Huban re-established the three-goal margin.
 
Brody Calvert and Huban each added a goal to provide the final margin.
 
Calvert also assisted on a goal, and Donovan Keegan had a pair of assists.
 
Jack Perenick and Ernie Lampron combined for five saves for Wahconah (2-1), which hosts Hoosac Valley on Wednesday.
 
Taconic (0-4-1) hosts Monument Mountain on Wednesday.
