WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The reigning Division 4 State Champion Easthampton boys soccer team Monday scored with 90 seconds left in regulation to salvage a 1-1 tie at Mount Greylock in the season opener for both teams.

AJ Kruger scored an unassisted goal midway through the first half for the Mounties.

Dan Warren made five saves for Mount Greylock, which put five shots on the Eagles’ keeper.

Mount Greylock hosts Pope Francis on Thursday; the Cardinals were a 2-1 loser to Easthampton a year ago in the state quarter-finals.
