"Lenox is vastly improved since the last time we saw them [first game of the season]. They were much more composed on the ball in the midfield and were dangerous looking to strike from long distance. We were disappointed to be tied 0-0 after the first half given the great scoring opportunities we had, but the second half was much more palatable [three goals in 7 minutes]."

"As important as scoring three in the second half was getting the shutout. Cal [Filson] has played very well the last two games, and it was important the he be rewarded with the shutout."

"Ian's goal was a matter of being in the right place at the right time. He's a big target and we were able to get the ball to his feet on the corner kick that led to the goal. Dan Flynn's goal was a hustle play as he tracked down a big rebound and tucked it in the corner. And Grant's goal was the prettiest of the night as Lenox gave him too much space and he was able to curl a ball up and over the keeper."
